Before you call
Gate won't open?
Most gate problems come down to power. Try these quick checks first. If none of them work, call us and we'll come out.
- Check the powerIs there load-shedding, or has the plug or breaker tripped?
- Look at the batteryGate batteries usually last 2 to 3 years. A slow or stuck gate after an outage often means a flat battery.
- Test your remoteTry a second remote, or swap the battery in yours.
- Use the manual releaseUnlock the motor with the release key and slide the gate by hand until we get there.
